Instagram saved posts, finally organized

Sort your saved posts by account and date, search them, filter by collection, mark the ones to remove, and export the list.

Want to remove posts in bulk? Use the script

The data file above only lists your saved posts. To remove them in bulk, run this script on instagram.com while logged in. It scans your saved posts, you pick, it removes them slowly.

  1. Code: open instagram.com and log in → F12 → Console → paste → Enter.
  2. Extension: unzip → chrome://extensions → Developer mode → Load unpacked → pick the folder → click the icon on instagram.com.

⚠️ Instagram may treat bulk actions as automation and block them for a while. The script works slowly (~5 s per post) and stops when Instagram pushes back. Spread big clean-ups over several days. Use at your own risk.

How to get your data file

  1. Instagram → Settings → Accounts Center → Your information and permissions → Download your information.
  2. Choose Some of your information and tick Saved.
  3. Format: JSON (not HTML). Date range: All time.
  4. When Instagram emails you, download the .zip and drop it above.
